Kraig A. McFarland RFC®, CRPC®

Managing Director

As Managing Director of 360 Wealth Management, LLC, I partner with families and individual investors by providing personalized solutions to help them reach their goals. Allowing me to focus on their long-term goals, allows them to spend quality time on what brings them joy, meaning and purpose to their life.

Whether it is planning for retirement, saving for college expenses of children or even grandchildren, or just looking for ways to protect the financial future of your loved ones, 360 Wealth Management can help.

I take the time to identify each goal while creating strategies to address each one. Because we want to touch all 360 degrees of your financial life, I also partner with other professionals in the community, such as Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), estate planning attorneys, and other professionals as needed. Our goal is to be your trusted resource that educates, coaches, and ensures that clients of 360 Wealth Management are comfortable with the customized service provided.

During your initial visit, we will ask questions to help us get to know you and your family and discover what is important to you. By understanding your current situation, risk tolerances and knowledge level, financial strategies can be chosen that more closely align with the needs of you and your family.

Through this process, our Director of Client Service, Heather Matlock, and I are dedicated to providing our clients with the best experience possible. We strive to help our clients make sense of investing while bringing a disciplined and comprehensive approach to meet your financial goals.

My wife, Marcy, and I have two married sons and two grandchildren. We are members of The Bridge Church and contribute our time and resources to various charities and ministries.

Jason F. Sauer AWMA®

Wealth Advisor

Partnering with Kraig was a natural fit for both of us. The values we find most important in business and life have the same origins from the farming and ranching communities we were raised in.

Working with clients, we focus on financial planning and investment management. We take on the role of an empowering coach, listening actively to gather important information. Thoughtful 360-degree analysis allows us to guide clients and effectively motivate them toward their goals.

Clients easily connect with me, in part because of my many interests and diverse background in the U.S. Army, studies in journalism, music, finance and economics.

Studying the stock market while working for The Vanguard Group and studying at the University of Tulsa inspired my move further in the financial services industry. Most recently, I have served in leadership positions as Senior Wealth Advisor and Managing Director.

I always continue to challenge myself professionally to increase my industry knowledge. Along with my passion studying the market and researching the behavioral finance field, I am working to earn the Certified Financial Planner designation and add it to my list of credentials.

Raised all my life in a small town in Oklahoma, I thrive on community building and chose to make our home in Jenks, Oklahoma with my wife, Katrina, and our many children. Camping and making memories with my family are some of my favorite activities during down time. I serve as a board member for the literacy program, Tulsa Pop Kids, Soldiers for Hope and The Youth at Heart organizations. I am also an Ambassador for the Jenks Chamber of Commerce.

Heather Matlock

Client Service Director

Heather is a highly motivated client service expert, who has worked with Kraig McFarland in the financial services industry for the past 14 years. Her communication skills and attention to detail have allowed her to create long lasting client relationships that are built on trust and experience. As Client Service Director, one of her goals is to make each client feel comfortable and understood. Heather was born and raised in the Tulsa area and received her Associates Degree from Tulsa Community College. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, especially her five nephews. She attends The Assembly Church in Broken Arrow where she has taught the preschoolers class. She loves to travel and has experienced vacations and mission trips to several different countries and across the USA.

Sarah Pais

Chief Compliance Officer

Sarah graduated from Baylor University in 2006 and immediately started the novice recruit program at Ameriprise Financial. It took very little time for her peers to realize that she was a rare commodity in the financial services industry because she enjoyed both compliance and operations. By January of 2007 she’d gone from a novice, to a fully licensed (series 7, 66, 4, and 24) Field Compliance Supervisor.

She moved into a role as a Regional Risk Supervisor where she used her dynamic skillset to train branch managers to properly conduct compliance supervision. In addition, she both created and provided advisor training, and assumed responsibility for risk mitigation within her region. In 2013 her hard work was rewarded again, as she moved to RBC Wealth Management as Vice President - Administrative Complex Manager where she focused on operations and HR.

In 2015 she joined 360 Wealth Management (now ARC) where she combined her compliance, operations, and HR experience into a single role to assume daily operations of the firm. She now leads the firm’s compliance and operations team where she shares her passion to create a back office that advisors view not as an obstacle, but as a resource. The Compliance & Operations team views their advisors as their clients, so they aim to provide support that is in their best interest when possible, while always maintaining the primary objective of meeting their fiduciary standard.

When Sarah’s not in the office, she’s probably hanging out with her husband Guy, and their two dogs (Bella and Wrigley) in Richardson, Texas. The couple travels at least once a year to Guy’s homeland of the United Kingdom, while mixing at least one other country into the trip (complete with all the great food that comes along with it). Back in the states the two love reading together, cooking, hanging out with friends, and hosting board game nights that combine all three.
